He is the Director of Institute of Clinical Pharmacology, Peking University; Director of Clinical Trial Center, Peking University First Hospital; Deputy Director of Department of Pharmaceutical Administration and Clinical Pharmacy, School of pharmacy, Peking University. He has long been committed to establishing a system of new drug transformation and service with full life cycle. He is good at conducting early clinical trails of innovative drug and also transformation of national new drug evaluation technology. In particular, he has made many important achievements in clinical evaluation technology innovation and product transformation in the field of panvascular disease treatment. As the leader of the innovation team in key fields of "Innovative Talents Promotion Plan" of the Ministry of Science and Technology, he has completed more than 10 national or provincial projects, and published nearly 300 studies in authoritative international journals. He has been awarded the First prize of Science and Technology Award of Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, Wu Jieping-Paul Janssen Medical & Pharmaceutical Award; WuXi PharmaTech Presents Life Science and Chemistry Award, Outstanding Achievement of Innovative Drugs of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Development and so on.
