James Deng is a member of Global Operating Committee and Senior Vice President & General Manager of Greater China at Becton, Dickinson & Co. He is also the Chairman of AdvaMed China Board for four consecutive terms. In addition, he is the President of Medical Equipment Committee of China International Import Expo (CIIE) Exhibitor Alliance.

James was recognized as “The Most Influential Healthcare Industry Leader in China since the 60 Years of Establishment of P. R. China” in 2009, “Top 10 Great Healthcare Industry Leaders”, “Outstanding Alumni” by China-Europe International Business School (CEIBS), and most recently “the 40 Healthcare Leaders of the Time in Celebrating 40 Year Anniversary of China’s Reform and Opening up”. Being invited as a mentor of China Healthcare Innovation Platform (or known as CHIP), James also contributes his profound insights to nurture the industry innovation.

James now takes active role as Deputy Chairman of Shanghai Alumni of CEIBS and Deputy Head of Healthcare Industry Division in China Health Economics Association.
