Fangning Zhang joined McKinsey in 2007 and currently is a co-leader of McKinsey China Healthcare Practice. Fangning most often advises clients on a broad range of topics including business strategy, innovation, business development, and organization transformation etc.
Fangning also leads McKinsey’s healthcare innovation related work in Greater China. She has hosted regular roundtables among industry leaders, published healthcare reports and articles. In addition, she is also a frequent speaker at leading industry conference (e.g., CHIC, ChinaTrial, etc.）
Prior to join McKinsey, Fangning Zhang has worked as a research scientist at Pfizer for 6 years. Fangning holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, and Master in Chemistry from SUNY at Stony Brook.
